Evan oversees the Federal/State & Energy/Utility strategy, deliver and client relationships for many of Templar Shield’s key clients. Evan has 15+ years of experience in IRM/GRC helping organizations better understand and manage their risk through process optimization and technology initiatives. Other areas of expertise include program governance, sustainable IRM/GRC technology enablement and cybersecurity. Experience prior to Templar Shield includes advisory and implementation at Deloitte, supporting a large East Coast Utility, working as a compliance analyst for Duke Energy and Department of Homeland Security CDM Lead. 

Jasen is a skilled Enterprise Risk Management Practitioner with cross-sector/industry and multi-domain expertise in providing consulting and advisory services. Jasen possesses 7+ years working in the ERM and comes with a diverse portfolio of innovative technology implementations and program transformations to support his clients’ strategic priorities. Jasen has led our IRM/GRC and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) managed services initiatives to helps clients design, architect, and implement solutions for program automation, and is looked at as an expert in the domain. Experience prior to Templar Shield includes system development at Accenture and work as a Vendor Management Specialist.
