Frank is an experienced leader and professional in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) field with over 21 years of expertise. He has successfully directed and implemented IAM solutions, earning recognition such as the SailPoint Innovation Award at the 2019 SailPoint Navigate Conference for his IAM product leadership and evolution at Citizens Bank. 

Currently serving as the Director of the Identity Practice at Templar Shield, he focuses on platform-first identity. Frank has a proven track record of building and growing IAM programs.

Rick is an experienced practice leader specializing in the deployment of ServiceNow’s Governance, Risk and Compliance and Security Operations suite of products.

Rick’s business and technical background allows him to participate in both the solutioning as well as the delivery of enterprise-level projects for customers in various industries. His strong verbal and written communications skills allows him to be an effective engagement lead collaborating across large implementation teams as well as key stakeholders in IT and the business.

David is a Senior Consultant with Templar Shield’s Identity Access Management (IAM) Practice. He has over 10 years experience in IAM operations, integrations, and implementation with a focus on security, quality, and performance.
David’s work in IAM includes supporting Fortune 500 clients, medium and large organizations, and higher education. David is a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and Certified System Administrator with technical skillsets built on prior work with XSLT, APIs, SAML, databases, performance assurance, AWS, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, and Entra.

TJ Gryziec is Clear Skye’s Chief Technology Officer and co-founder.

He is a lifelong technologist who started creating applications at age 12. Since then he has created 50+ business applications, including apps that have won Innovation of the Year and CreatorCon Challenge awards.

His responsibilities as CTO include driving product roadmap and development to align with customer opportunities.
