Director - GRC/IRM - Energy & Utility Practice
Evan oversees the Energy/Utility & Federal/State strategy, delivery, and client relationships for many of Templar Shield's key clients. Evan is an IRM/GRC professional with over 15 years of experience helping organizations better understand and manage their risk through process optimization and technology initiatives.
Evan has extensive experience leading risk initiatives with a wide range of complexity across a broad range of risk domains and industries. Evan has expertise in integrated risk strategy and program development. Other areas of expertise include program governance, sustainable IRM/GRC technology enablement and cybersecurity. Experience prior to Templar Shield includes supporting a large East Coast Utility, Advisory and implementation at Deloitte, DHS CDM Lead, and Sr. Compliance Analyst at Duke Energy.

Rick is an experienced practice leader specializing in the deployment of ServiceNow’s Governance, Risk and Compliance and Security Operations suite of products.
Rick’s business and technical background allows him to participate in both the solutioning as well as the delivery of enterprise-level projects for customers in various industries. His strong verbal and written communications skills allows him to be an effective engagement lead collaborating across large implementation teams as well as key stakeholders in IT and the business.
Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant
Gary is a technical consultant with 4 years of full-time servicenow development experience and holds CSA, CIS-RC, and CIS-HAM certifications from servicenow. He has experience working in most applications within servicenow and expertise in the GRC suite of applications. Gary has implemented policy and compliance management, risk management with advanced risk assessment, audit management, vendor risk management, and regulatory change management using servicenow and has worked on many other applications and platform features over his 4 year career. He is well versed in working with customers from requirements gathering through to the deployment of those requirement implementations and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
